When the website is accessed, the hosting service processes connection data required for delivery. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system. The purpose is the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of this website.
The website is technically delivered through Manus WebDev. Hosting providers and necessary subprocessors receive data only to the extent required to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website.
The current version of this website uses no cookies, analytics or marketing services, or comparable optional storage technologies. It does not use local storage, session storage, pixels, fingerprinting or session replay. No consent banner is therefore currently displayed. If such functions are added later, they will be reviewed before activation and, where required, loaded only after consent.
Fonts, JavaScript libraries and the graphical planet files are delivered through this website. Loading a page therefore does not create a direct connection to Google Fonts, unpkg or the original external media source. The EU AI Act article contains a link to the European Commission. A connection is created only if you actively open that link.
This website does not provide a contact form. If you email r.sander@code-s-academy.com, we process the contact details, communication content and technical email metadata you provide solely to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where the enquiry concerns pre-contractual measures requested by you. In other cases, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies. Our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of business enquiries.
We use Hostinger Email to send and receive direct email enquiries. Email communications are transmitted to Hostinger as our email service provider. This website also links to the CODE S Academy contact page. A connection to that external website is created only if you actively open the link. The CODE S Academy privacy notice applies to any contact made there.
Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer required for handling the request and any related communication. Our internal policy is to delete enquiries no later than six months after they are closed. Statutory retention duties and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer retention in individual cases.
Access is granted only to persons and service providers who require it for operation, security and handling of the enquiry. This includes technical hosting and email providers and their necessary subprocessors. Processors are engaged in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area only where the requirements of Articles 44 to 49 GDPR are met.
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect. To exercise your rights, email r.sander@code-s-academy.com.
Under Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is, in particular, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Heilbronner Straße 35, 70191 Stuttgart, Germany; postal address: P.O. Box 10 29 32, 70025 Stuttgart, Germany. Further information and the complaint form are available at baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.
No decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, are made in connection with this website or the handling of email enquiries.
We use transport encryption and restrictive security headers. This notice will be updated when functions, service providers or legal requirements change.
